Visions of a Thousand Eyes - BackerKit is live!

Hello the Fellowship,
We are excited to announce that we have transferred all Backer pledges to our pledge management tool, BackerKit! You do not have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available very soon via email. It will take a few days for all the emails to go out. Please be patient (and don’t forget to check your spam folder). If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.
We know that we have a lot of Backers who have not used Kickstarter or BackerKit before so we’ve included a thorough set of instructions and FAQ items below:
WHAT IS BACKERKIT?
BackerKit is a service that helps us collect and organize all of our backer information. With BackerKit you will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
DO I REALLY NEED TO GO TO BACKERKIT?
Yes! All Backers must go to their BackerKit account to let us know their shipping informations. It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
HOW DO I FILL OUT THE BACKERKIT SURVEY?
Just click the link in the email invite and follow the on-screen instructions from there. You will not need to create a login or password to fill out your survey - just follow the personalized link, and you’re good to go! If you want to go back to review or edit your responses, just click on the link in your survey email again, or enter your email address into the BackerKit project page to recover your survey link.
CAN I ADD ITEMS OR CHANGE MY PLEDGE LEVEL IN BACKERKIT?
Definitely! You can add items at the Kickstarter discount and change your pledge level all from inside the BackerKit Survey. When you finish your survey questions you'll see the Add-On screen. From here, you can add items to your reward (a portfolio for example), or you can click the "Want to upgrade to a different pledge level?" button. If you pledged more money than the value of your award+shipping, you will see a credit when you get to the Add-On screen. If you add items whose cost exceeds your available credit you'll be prompted to enter a credit card to pay the additional cost.
WHAT SHOULD I ENTER AS MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IF I MIGHT MOVE?
You should enter the shipping address that you expect to have in May 2017.
CAN I CHANGE MY SURVEY ANSWERS LATER?
Yes, you can update or modify your survey answers anytime before we begin shipping. Simply click on the same personalized email link and it will take you to BackerKit where you can modify your responses. We will be sure to let you know when we are close to shipping, and when we will "lock down" the survey. One thing to note is that you must fill out the entire survey before we can ship your reward.
Around March 25th. After that day, we will launch the manufacturing in France based on the number of books pre-ordered.
Thank you all and have a great day!

Hello members of the Fellowship,
Just a very quick update to let you know that we are still working on the BackerKit. It is not yet launched because we are trying to find the best deal to downgrade the shipping fees. It's for a good cause then :) Don't worry (be happy).
We also use this time to improve the book design and make sure that the manufacturing and shipping stages are in the starting block.
Have a lovely day!

Hello the Fellowship and Happy New Year!
Here are some fresh news about 'Visions of A Thousand Eyes':
we're at almost 45% of the book editing. We are currently working on the artists' biographies and layouts
the digital artbook will be released on February (around the 20h)
due to personal reasons, one artist must withdraw from the project
we changed our manufacturer but it's still in France to have a close eyes on the production and quality (we're very happy with this new partner)
we will open the BackerKit survey hopefully next week with all the shipping cost details. You will be able on BackerKit to add "add-ons" (books, prints sets, portfolios, etc.) and confirm your postal address for shipping.
for the Prints Set arts selection [https://goo.gl/forms/TzyM14DJZlpDBSt42] here is your final choice (with 228 participants): 1. Darek Zabrocki; 2. Manuel Castanon; 3. Alejandro Olmedo; 4. Aaron Nakahara; 5. Chris Cold; 6. WLOP; 7. Veli Nyström and 8. Randy Vargas
finally we are very proud to have in the artbook Marc Simonetti who just won the Best of r/Fantasy Stabby Award for Best Artwork Released in 2016 with the cover art for 'Age of Myth' by Michael J Sullivan

824 thank you!

We did it and we did it well! Thanks to our 824 amazing members of the Fellowship and all the artists for making 'Visions of a Thousand Eyes' a reality!
It was a great journey with ups and downs, with short nights and happy days. Running a Kickstarter campaign is not an easy thing to do, and it would not have been possible without your feedback and enthusiasm.
We had a lot of fun writing the updates and talking with many of you on a day-to-day basis. It is now our duty to deliver all the elements in time. Be sure that we'll do our best, always.
A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment. Here's a quick rundown:
1. Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
2. In January we will finish to edit and layout the artbook, the prints set, the portfolio and all the new elements unlocked via the stretch goals.
3. We have to find out where we need to ship the reward. We will send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information in the coming weeks. You will also be able to buy additional items if you want (prints set 14€/$15, artbook 45€/$49 and portfolio 73€/$75).
We will give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You will not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, add or remove add-ons, or update your shipping information, you can click on the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you used Facebook to log into your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account.
4. In February/March we will lauch the printing and manufacturing processes.
5. When printing and manufacturing is complete, we will proceed forward with shipping (probably April).
Again, thanks for all your support, feedbacks and love. We can’t wait to send you your artefacts!
